When I was 18, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was put on a steroid and an anti-inflammatory drug.
While on both of these I put on weight and lost nearly
all of my energy. After about a year I was put on a biologic drug called Humira.
At the time I was working at Borders in the café. While there I met Jef. As I started to know Jef better
and learn about what he does I decided to try his detoxification
protocol. I began by taking Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) orally diluted with distilled water. Within two weeks 75%
of my pain and inflammation disappeared completely.

c. dairy as in cows milk, cheese, ice cream etc. as these have detrimental effects like mold, puss and preservatives
not listed on the label. (substitute fresh almond, hemp or other nut milks)
d. soy in all forms unless it is fermented and derived from non-GMO organic sources.
e. alcohol which converts to acetaldehyde in the brain causing more inflammation, brain fog, etc.

h. meat sources as they are very acidic and acid is one of the prime factors in our cells changing through pleomorphism
